Con Katsinas – Chief Executive Officer

Con graduated from University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing. His career with The Bayton Group started with his appointment as General Manager for the Hotel arm of the business, International Hotel Services (IHS) where he spearheaded taking IHS to the market with professionalism, openness and honesty.

Within 12 months he drove IHS to become the successful business it remains today. Acknowledging the success he bought to IHS the owners promoted Con to the position of CEO of The Bayton Group where he has used his hospitality experience to change the culture of the group to a positive, professional, experienced and motivated team.

John Woodhouse – General Manager

John started with bayton in 1978. After 27 years of service he was made the group general manager. John has been involved in enterprise cleaning for over 35 years and has a very strong operational influence on bayton. John has extensive knowledge on industrial relations issues and is responsible for all ir matters within the company.

Kelly Thistlewaite – Sales Manager

Kelly is responsible for continually reviewing and updating the quality management, oh&s and environmental managements systems. Bayton Cleaning Co. Pty Ltd is certified to as/nzs iso 9001:2000, and is currently undergoing audits for certification in iso 14001:2004 and iso 9001:2000. Kelly holds an oh&s consultation certificate, certificate iv in asset maintenance, and is a qualified QMS internal auditor.
